Anyone who has ever seen Viva Viva live understands that the Cambridge crew is one of the region's best rock bands (I honestly don't even know how to classify them: southern hyped-up boozy bluesy psych punk? Whatever). Now there's (finally?) a proper recording* fit to take the gritty live explosion and tuck it into our collective iPods. A full-length album download is for now sale for $10 at Bandcamp, and seriously, it's fucking worth the Hamilton. Few bands deliver like Viva Viva.
* There could be other recordings, but I've never come across one proper and they not only have played the pill but I've also DJ'd a few of their shows and never seen anything I could take home. So yeah...
