It's been probably ten years since I saw Apoptygma Berzerk on New Years Eve in NYC at a venue I've forgot and with people I don't care to remember, so it's high comedy to find Apoptygma Berzerk is playing the Middle East tonight. I'd so be down to see this if I wasn't pill-tied, even though the later stuff is meh city. The late 90s dancing to synthpop and new wave at Pyramid on Avenue A in Manhattan were some of my best memories ever (and driving to Philly record stores the next day to buy up all the De/Vision, Cosmicity and And One albums). This is what brings me back:
